Introduction

The Miami City Server Store for selling digital products for the FiveM online game welcomes you, and informs you that you will find below the terms and conditions governing your use of this store and all the legal effects resulting from your use of its services through this electronic platform.

The use of the store by any person, whether as a consumer of a service or product, constitutes his full consent and acceptance of all the materials and terms of this agreement, and his acknowledgment of his full legal, regulatory, and legal capacity and his commitment to what is stated therein.

Special Terms for Server Laws - Miami City

• I acknowledge that if I am banned from the Miami City server as a result of violating server laws after starting to benefit from the service, I have no right to claim any paid amounts, since the service is digital and consumed and non-refundable.
• The ban is considered a clear violation of server laws, and the Miami City administration has the right to reset (delete) my entire account within the server and ban it permanently.
• The banned or reset member is granted the right to appeal within a period not exceeding (7 working days) from the date of implementing the penalty, provided that the appeal is submitted exclusively by opening a ticket in the server's Discord program.
• The ban is applied to anyone who commits the following acts by way of example and not limitation: swearing or insulting, defamation, slander, verbal or physical abuse, using exploits, harassing players, or any other violation.

Cheating Materials Usage Clause

After purchasing a product (cheating materials usage ticket) from the store, the player acknowledges and agrees to the following:

• He has no right to claim any financial refund or compensation after the penalty is implemented, considering that the service is digital and consumed.
• He agrees to the complete reset of his account.
• All his possessions from the store and within the server are withdrawn permanently without any exception.
• He has no right to claim any financial amounts or compensations within the server under any circumstances.

Refund and Exchange Policy

• Refund or exchange is only done if the product is different from the description or if there is a defect that prevents benefiting from it.
• Evidence must be provided by screenshots by opening a ticket in the server's Discord program within a period not exceeding (7 working days) from receipt.
• Exchange is not done based on difference in taste or change of mind after receiving the product as long as it matches the description.

Responsibilities of Miami City Store and the Client

• The responsibility of Miami City Store ends after delivering the product code correctly.
• The client is responsible for selecting the product and entering the correct mobile number and email when ordering.
• Miami City Store is not responsible for the client entering incorrect information.
• Miami City Store is not responsible for any misuse or wrong use of the product after payment and purchase.

Data and Privacy

• Miami City Store is committed to not sharing or selling customer data to any third party, and it is used only for processing orders and improving the service.
• All images, designs, and products in the store are the exclusive property of Miami City Store, and their use is prohibited without written permission.

Notice about Product Nature

• Products are electronic entertainment digital fictional items and do not represent reality in any way.
• Any similarity to real elements or trademarks is unintentional coincidence.
• Product use is restricted to personal enjoyment and gaming, and their use for commercial, political, or legal purposes is prohibited.
• There is no relationship between Miami City Store products and any international company.

Legal Reference

This agreement is subject to the regulations of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and jurisdiction is established for the competent courts in Egypt.
